Our Story: Fixing a Broken Industry
Monarc Collective was founded in June 2025 by a team of industry veterans—Derek, Serge, Molly, and Pat. After spending years in the solar and home improvement sectors, we noticed a frustrating trend. The industry was becoming saturated with cookie-cutter companies prioritizing quick sales over quality service. Homeowners were dealing with aggressive tactics, fragmented contractors, and the nightmare of voided warranties when one company installed a roof and a completely different company installed the solar panels.
We knew homeowners deserved better.
We built Monarc Collective to be the antidote to the "cash-grab" culture. We aren't just a solar company trying to sell you a roof; we are a dedicated home remodeling company that seamlessly integrates solar power into your broader home improvement goals.
